Since the drop of patch 4.2, and the subsequent nerf of tier 11 content, we have been forming 10 man raids most weeks to do BWD, BOT, some firelands trash, etc.

I've noticed a few folks complaining how they aren't getting invited. Organizing raids is a something involved task, and as Frostine is getting more bogged down with school again she's going to be taking a less active role. As of this week Sync0pe and Wildun are managing our current content.

There is generally one group of raid on Thursday and another group on Friday at 6p server. A pick-up completion time is scheduled on an as needed basis for Sat or Sunday.

If you're not finding yourself on the invite list. You need to be talking to the folks that are setting up the calendar invites in advance. Currently we have about 8-10 people accepting each night so there are a few last minute slots to fill. As more folks express interest there will probably be some overflow and not everyone on the invite list may get in (unless there's truly enough response to form two groups that night).

As a result, if you are invited to a raid those that accept their calendar invites and show up on time are going to get first pick. Raid composition is another consideration, if the group needs a healer and all we have are dps signing up that dps might not get in. Folks that have multiple toons and are flexible to log with one that can fulfill a needed role are going to get some preference over folks that can only do dps.

I also recommend responding on this thread with what toons you have that are raid ready, spec and role they can fulfill, and general availablity.
