Lately I've been raiding Svander with a guild named Midnight Alliance which is lead by Asmil and Presidium. They are the tanks and very good raid leaders, we've had a lot of success clearing TOTC content and have just started Icecrown (got first boss in 25 man down last night).

They are currently recruiting a few classes, including Mages (ahem). Loot is awarded on a DKP system and the raids are generally 7p server time on Tue/Thur/Sunday. I'm rocking a lot of 245 and 232 level gear at the moment so it's working out for me.
Just something to consider in case Frosta wanted to take control of Chronos instead. It's not going to be terribly easy to PUG some of this content.
