I think a number are re-rolling healers now that we have one or two 80s already, but man that's such a long climb from 1-80. My druid is about level 15.

I gots the 10% xp heirloom shoulders, but even then its going to take forever.

I remember when healers and tanks were recruited by guilds and impatiently geared to help the rest of the guild. I had my druid respecced to healer at request of guild officers and not once was that toon used invited or asked to run any instance or raid in a period of 5 weeks. Now of course im usually I am on my other toon but it is well known i would jump toons n a second at request to assist a guildie. No more. Waste of time respeccing. Of course i see our dps in the guild is well geared by now, especially certain individuals that week by week group together and exclude others to suffer late night or off hour pugging which has proven to be more successful than grouping in guild runs. Guild raid schedule/What is that? Guild any schedule developed? Rare possible guild raid or instance invites forwarded to all guildies regarless of day/ I have seen two in two months and one only at my request for changing raid for a weekend schedule which was readily filled but impatiently played by a few overgeared players and anxious undergeared toons that took a backseat to insults.

I have rarely organized anything myself, but all this week we were trying to do joint ventures for 25m raiding with Disciples of Steel and at the 6:30-7 designated time there were always lots of slots open but not enough online to fill. This week for example we tried to go on Tue, Wed, and Thu and could only get enough players for some time on Wed.

They will be trying to do this again at 6:30 this coming Tuesday.

It hasn't been real organized beyond that. Folks just group up with whoever is online at the time and often PUG holes.

I sense some anger rage and frustration... >.> ok peeps First of all, there is a huge problem to organize a raid in this guild >.< believe me !! unfortunately *cry* we all don't work at the same time or can stay up to a certain time. We have other important things to do ex. eat, work,being sick, hang out with friends, family, Kids and being sick. yep I said being sick twice ( to emphasize on it ) hehe the best time I found to work with everyone is 7:45 Friday , HOWEVER!!! some peeps don't get to go. Ok about the insults, no one ( and I mean no one) told me that a certain person in the guild was being offensive!!! proof of that, when I was told I got rid of that certain individual. Also, I am getting adjusted to the fact that some people switched their spec for good =( its hard for me *cry* I asked a lot of you about the time that you guys are available and unfortunately the timings are all over the place >.<' SO!!!! I told Scimmia to take some guildies during the week and I would take the rest over the weekends. NOW all of you haters should talk to me about it e-mail me in game about the times and days that you are available for the raid =D THE END.

Anyone that has read the recent correspondance may be under the impression things are going bad. Quite the opposite. Guild officers and our wonderful guild leader continue to work diligently to make everyone happy and you couldn't ask for a friendlier group or I would have considered other guilds a year ago. I do feel schedules are important and all guildies should be given guidelines and have the opportunity to embrace other guildies help within the guild (otherwise what is the purpose of the guild and the intent of the leaders as the guild progresses) together. Suggestion: The guild forum is an excellent place to create schedules and to create raid group lists of people. It allows players to advertise their strengths and weaknesses and groups can be put together based off their individual schedules. This can also allow better geared players that want to advance towards end game a way to advertise their abilities and their expectations and lesser geared players a chance at keeping up with the rest of the guild.

I am trying to get the main web page online as some of you have noticed ( I am bleeding through the nose for the retarded things >.< ) lol but thats not the point the point is =D Dolitle's suggestion is really good =D me likey!! so everyone check this website www.wow-heroes.com it will tell you info about ur self and where you stand it is like imba.com website (I think in a way) we do have 2 good geared group that raid consistently.

I wouldnt worry about people switching their specs "for good".

Most hybrid classes that have gone from tank to heal or vice versa will end up dualspeccinig tank/heal within a couple weeks when 3.1 hits.

Dang it, I just cached my data while Nyctalope was wearing weird gear to skill up swords. Lower score than should have - need to try again after putting on my tanking outfit.

Most of the DPS people will probably pick a PVE and a PVP spec.

I have no idea what I'm doing yet, I dont anticipate taking Svander into Arena. Warlocks are just way too squishy for PVP these days. I'll probably do a spec with and without Felguard, as I do miss him when I play with Affliction like I am at the moment.

Word to the wise, it's going to cost you 1000g to unlock duel specs. So farm it up scrubs.

I just sold an epic ring I made on the AH for 1000g. That's my dual spec right there.

Thinger is Holy again, but it may be hard to find me in game. I'm not really on as much anymore, and I'm pretty sure my computer hates 25s, but yeah. Holy. woo!

(btw, I've already got my 1k for duelspec. I miss retri runspeed )
